[cups.bugs] [HIGH] STR #2002: IPv6 linklocal address doesn't work for print

We can't print through IPv6 linklocal address in a circumstance below

CUPS Clinent
OS: FreeBSD6.1, FedoraCore 5
CUPS ver. : 1.2.4(FreeBSD) 1.2.3(Fedora Core5)

The Client doesn't send any packets for a printer and gets the following
error message, when we use betest command.

ERROR: Unable to connect IPP Host:Network is unreachable.
(we set IPP device URI in betest command)

However, the client sends print-data packets through IPv6 global address
in case of using betest command.
