Cups Daemon

[One-faq]

I've installed Fedora Core 5,
installed cupsd 1.2.4.. lastest version.

When I go to http://hostname:631 everything works ok.. accept when I
go to the admin page, it says:

426 Upgrade Required
You must access this page using the URL https://192.168.1.123:631/admin/

When I click on the https link, cupsd dies..
restarting cups, killing the process doesn't seem to work.

I can't access the admin page and can't add printers..
I've searched quite a bit but can't find a solution...
in my /ect/cupsd/cupsd.conf its configged as such:

 <Location /admin>
   AuthType None
   AuthClass System
   Order Deny,Allow
   Deny From All
   Allow From 127.0.0.1
   Allow From 192.168.1.*
  </Location>

I've tried to # the Deny from all cuz that seemed logical but nothing..
anyone?
