When the disk is full and CUPS cannot wirte more data onto it any more,
CUPS hangs and does not answer to client requests (like the web
interface). cupsd takes 100% CPU then.

Looks like CUPS is waiting for space in an infinite loop taking all CPU
and answering as soon as some space gets free.

As CUPS is logging everything into the files in /var/log/cups/, a full
disk can probably block all kinds of operations.
