[cups.development] [RFE] STR #2062: An option to specify number of lines to be printed per page

Currently there are no option to specify how many lines to be printed per
page. -o lpi and -o cpi can sort of control how many lines are printed but
 diffifult to control if the size and font changes from document to
document.

It would be a very useful feature to be able to specify the number of
lines to be printed rather than using 'lpi' and 'cpi' option.
