RHEL 4 Text/PCL/PS printing to same printer

Thanks for the quick reply.

I tried -oraw, but there are no line feeds so two lines of the document print, with the rest running off the page.

These documents do not contain a PCL preamble, only PCL escape secuences around sections of text to bold or underline.

Example:
