cups reset of "Listen" directive

I setup a server under CentOS-4.4. The clients are Fedora Core 5 and WINDOWS.


Each time I switch off my server and re-start again, the "Listen 192.168.x.x:631" directive is removed from the cups.conf file.
Therefore printing from the clients is impossible and I need to add this directive again to cupsd.conf and re-start the print server.
Any idea what I need to do to fix this?
