[cups.general] very strange dot-matrix printer problem: randomly wrong print result (ghostscript-esc p2)

The computer is a modern Pentium-D desktop, if timeout setting is in
cups, that would be strange because I checked the cupsd.conf (tweaked by
me only on the access permission part) and there seems to be no such
option specified (a.k.a default setting might be taken). I also attached
cupsd.conf 

I also leveled up my error.log of cups to debug level, please let me
know if I need to paste that too on the list, thanks very much.
