[cups.general] duplex printing via samba

It's a cups (pstops) problem - see cups bug STR1839 - solved in 1.2.3

The Debian Cups maintainer Kenshi Muto has build new 1.2.3-1 packages, 
please try it: http://kmuto.jp/debian/cups/

I've not tested, if you try it, please inform me [us ;-)] if it's working.
