[cups.general] Output of lpstat -t command

Hello,

lpstat -t command returns following output

hp4300dtn accepting requests since Jan 01 00:00
ir2270 accepting requests since Jan 01 00:00
rumba accepting requests since Jan 01 00:00
tango accepting requests since Jan 01 00:00

What is the significance of "accepting requests since Jan 01 00:00" ? 
Which parameter in cupsd.conf control this output?
