[cups.general] Error Invalid Argument

dear,
i'm newbie on linux,
i try to setting cups print server on redhat9, this linux non gui
if i do restart cups with command /etc/init.d/cups restart...
i always got "..sendbrowselist: sendto failed for browser 1 - invalid
argument
in /var/log/cups/error_log...
what is the meaning of that error?
