limit printers visibility

Hi
We are about to build a big researching facility that will be composed of various buildings. We'd like to limit the printers everyone can install in Apple Print Center to at least the ones of his building, or even better of his floor. Every floor can be identified with a precise subnet and we'd like to have only one cups server for ease of management. Is there a simple way to accomplish this task?
