Blank admin page

[Duane Morrow]

New AMD64X2 Gentoo 2006.1 with latest versions of:
Apache2/PHP4/SAMBA/DHCP/BIND/CUPS

General settings from my cupsd.conf

Port 631

Location /
...
allow all

Location /admin
...
allow all

I get a general cups page when I use a browser at
http://myserver:631

However, when I go to http://myserver:631/admin
I have to log in as root (I added root to lp group).
I receive an absolutely blank page.

Any Ideas?
