[cups.bugs] [HIGH] STR #1964: when adding a printer, ther no more ppd and ppd aren't parse correctly

I'm using cups 1.2.3 as backport on debian sarge.
When I'am adding a printer, no ppd, no models are proposed, I have only
the "raw" printer ... so where cups try to search the ppd? ( all my ppds
are stored in "/usr/share/ppd".

But I can upload a specific ppd.. but when I want to change some printers
options, no descriptions appears ( I thinks ppd are not correctly parsed,
in order to create the web page )...
