Fixed in Subversion repository.

The attached patch is for CUPS 1.2...

For CUPS 1.3, I opted instead to define the character set that is used for
PJL strings, e.g.:

    *cupsPJLCharset: "UTF-8"

The current code only supports UTF-8 but could be extended to support
others fairly easily.  The command to set the STRINGCODESET value can be
included in the JCLBegin command string instead.
