[cups.bugs] [MOD] STR #1979: Webinterface: "Listen 0.0.0.0:631" getting mapped to "Port x"

In the Webinterface Administration Page changing for example the state of
"Show printers shared by other systems" leaving all other options as the
are and then click "Submit Changes" let the directive 'Listen 0.0.0.0:631'
  being replaced with an single 'Port 631' and if I use 'Listen 
10.15.226.10:631' it gets repalced with a 'Port 0' directive.
Pls note that the patches str1976.patch, str1968.patch and str1968p2.patch
have already being applied.
