Can´t open spool from windows clients

In Cups 1.1.23 i could see from windows printers clients ours printers 
queue and each user could delete own job, but since Cups 1.2.3 and the 
recently 1.2.4 the windows printers can`t open cups queue and can´t see 
your own queue.
However each windows printer can print to cups printers, but could´t see 
own queue.

I saw in error_log only this...
