[cups.bugs] [HIGH] STR #1987: Duplex support in pstoraster is not working properly

Duplex support went broken. The Problem seems to be that the Duplex
setpagedevice parameter gets handled by gdevcups.c

You can reproduce this behaviour with the deskjet2.ppd coming with cups.
When you print a file you'll notice in the logs that cups->header.Duplex
never gets set to true.

I think that the Duplex_set flag for the gx_prn_device_common has to be
set to a different flag than -1 but this alone does not solve the problem.
