Can't compile CUPS on hp-ux 11 Itanium

I’ve tried to compile CUPS on Itanium [ HP-UX 11.23] but have had no luck so far.

I keep getting this error message:

Compiling pdftops.cxx...
"../cups/http.h", line 313: error #2070: incomplete type is not allowed
    struct sockaddr_in6 ipv6;           /* IPv6 address */


Have I missed something out in the environment, which is causing the build to fail?
