Are you saying that it will not automatically print
both pages of a two-page document, or that it won't
print multiple copies of a document?

If the former, maybe you are set to Manual Feed in
Paper Source. (or Automatic, and it's choosing Manual)

If the latter, then you and I are having the same
problem, and likewise I am getting no advice for it.
