[cups.general] Printer does not show up in network

It was a fresh install. The sentence should indicate that the hardware was
working before....

If it is done via "YaST -> Printers -> Other -> Change remote access" it
works fine. The entry 
Listen 192.168.0.*:631
did not solve the problem.

A good link, thanks.

In any case, I feel it is mesleading if cups says the printer is shared, but
a remote connection is blocked. This is indeed the same effect as not
shared.
