[STR New]

Today I would have needed it while serving on a customer site; this evening
I come back to read a similar request in the CUPS general forum:

--> there are occasions where you wish you could shut down the running
cupsd without causing too much trouble to the hundreds or thousands
     of users.

That means: let all queues reject new jobs, let them finish printing the
current ones and only then shut down cupsd, when no more jobs are around.

Of course, one can say "cupsdisable this_queue" to each one individually,
and one can write a little script that loops through all printernames and
does that.

But a single option ("-a" or "--all") for a commandline like this

cupsdisable --all -r "Sorry, printserver needs to shut down for 10
minutes"

would be quite handy.
