[cups.bugs] [LOW] STR #2338: problem in making epm packages

when compiling cups 1.2.8/9/10 configure, make, make install went well.
when making epm packages error "packaging failed" appears.

solution: after changing ./cups-1.2.x/packaging/cups.list

(like in 1.2.7) make pgk is successful
