[cups.bugs] [LOW] STR #2369: please do not put a CVS tag into the installed configuration files

'make install' installs configuration files which still have CVS tags in
them. They are not useful for users, and they disrupt configuration file
management due to spurious and uninteresting changes on upgrades.

In Debian these tags get removed on installation.
