folio size 8.5x13 inch

Is there someone who could add for CUPS Ubuntu (for example Feisty Fawn 7.04 desktop version) the possibility of paper size 'folio' = 8.5x13 inch? Now there is only "US legal size" 8.5 x 14 and "US letter" size 8.5 x 11, and all other sizes (as A4 and what more) but... i do not want these, instead i want to print on folio size = 8.5 x 13, so... i (but not only i, a whole lot of other people "outthere" too but they maybe they cannot find you or maybe you have until now not heard them?)... can print... with my printer... and print out on this particular papersize. Then...: is there some way some of you could end this omission in CUPS and for example make a patch (?) (i am very dumb and stupid in this field but of course!) for Ubuntu Feisty Fawn 7.04 desktop version (and other Ubuntu versions maybe too?) with the positive result that... many people could update CUPS with this feature of papersize 'folio' / 8.5x13 added in CUPS?
