You did not say what OS you have. If you are using Linux you can download
The Xerox Linux Printer Package from:
 
http://www.support.xerox.com/go/results.asp?xlang=en_us&xcntry=usa&prodid=3116&ripid=&xtype=download
This package contains a ppd for the phaser 3116. I have a 6120 and the ppd
for it works fine on openSUSE 10.2. I know you can also select Windows
packages on the above website.
