[cups.general] cups windows: cover sheet only

I am trying to get cups for windows working.  Server is 
Fedora f7
samba-3.0.25b-2.fc7
cups-1.2.12-1.fc7

I tried to follow directions, installing the following
into /usr/share/cups/drivers:
ls -l /usr/share/cups/drivers

smb.conf:

        printable = yes

        path = /etc/samba/drivers
        browseable = yes
        guest ok = no
        read only = yes

Client is windows XP.

Everything seems OK.  No errors shown in /var/log/cups/..  But all I get
printed is a cover sheet.
