[cups.general] GUI "Set printer options" in 1.3.0

Hallo,

I just installed cups 1.3.0 on my Linux system and noticed that
when I select Printers -> Set printer options I just get a new
empty screen called "Set Printer Options", but nothing happens
after that.
What might be the problem?
