[cups.general] Moved our Suse Linux CUPS PC to new IP address - printing is working but get 403 Forbidden when accessing admin page!

Check to see if  "HostnameLookups On" is uncommented.   I had a similar 
problem setting up a test server and this was the fix.   I could get a 
web page on the localhost,  but not from any remote host.   Not sure 
what needs to be done to have this work and still comment out the 
hostname lookup.
