Moved our Suse Linux CUPS PC to new IP address- printing is working but get 403 Forbidden when accessing admin page!

I am reading this from home now so will not be able to try anything until I am back at work next Monday.

BTW my original post should have mentioned that the new IP address is on a new subnet.

Not sure why would this would sort out my problem as my colleagues and I were able to access the http://printhost:631/ web page from our PCs before the CUPS PC had its IP address changed?
