[cups.general] What does "RAW" means for a queue?

If the queue is really raw, then check the printers.conf file to make
sure you are not using a port monitor.  Typically you might use a port
monitor to do TBCP-based binary printing, but for a raw queue it might
just ruin the data.

Other than that, raw means raw.
