[ANNOUNCE] quosnmp 1.2.0

    Quosnmp is a print accounting and quota enforcement backend for CUPS.  
It works with network printers which support SNMP or PJL.  It acts as a
wrapper around an existing CUPS backend and is easy to add to an existing
CUPS installation.

    The major new feature in version 1.2.0 is the better logging and
debugging support.  Due to this better debugging support the core code has
also been significantly improved.  Also, the readme file now contains
instructions for how to implement per-printer quotas using quosnmp (it's a
bit of a hack, but an easy one).
