If a .drv file contains the following declaration of attribute:
Attribute <name> "<keyword>/<text>" <value>
then <name> attribute's <text> is not gathered for localization to
corresponding .po file while running ppdpo, neither localized value for
<text> is embedded into both localized and globalized PPD files while
running ppdc with .po file(s) containing correct translation for <text>.

Affected cmd-line tools of CUPS DDK are at least ppdpo, ppdc, ppdmerge and
possibly ppdi.
