[cups.bugs] [LOW] STR #2486: httpAddrLookup() fails when getnameinfo() returns EAI_AGAIN status

It is a bug because getnameinfo() is still returning a value. Just because
you see it in the glibc sources doesn't make it right... :)

Anyways, I've updated the code to return httpAddrString() when
getnameinfo() returns non-0.
