The whole idea is that, in the absence of the user requesting a
particular output order, the order will be as defined in the PPD file.
Thus, if the default order results in face up (or face down) output,
and all of the printers in that class (assuming you mix different
types of printers in the same class, which is a recipe for disaster)
will handle printing the output in a particular order such that you
have consistently face-up or face-down output.
