Automatic USB printer restart

Hi,

I have a USB printer which doesn't get CUPS enabled, if I turn the printer on *after* I switch on the computer.
I have created a UDEV rule utility for this. This rule will be picked up by the USB chain when the printer is switched on. It is written for SuSE 10.3, but I doubt it if you couldn't do the same on another distro.

Before you ask, I couldn't get any suggested CUPS related trick to do the trick...
