Well, and that smbspool that I'm using from samba 3.0.25 and 3.2 doesn't
appear to check for the KRB5CCNAME environment variable, and so doesn't find
the credential as pointed to by cups.  Easily fixed, and it now looks good on
my test setup.  Now to open it up to a large number of printers on Active
Directory.
