Problems with cups printing

Hi All,
I have recently built an Ubuntu server and have Cups 1.3.2 and samba up and running on it. I am having major problems in the following area;
We have a Xerox Workstation 35 Pro printer on our network and i followed instructions to install the drivers for it. I can print locally from the server but users on a different subnet can't connect to it. They constantly get an error message stating:
---Unable to connect, access denied---
I have set up ranges in the cups configuration file to allow these people on their subnet but no joy. I later found that in the drivers folder on my server (../var/lib/samba/printers) there were no drivers on it so i uploaded drivers into this folder. This still didnt solve my problem. I checked my error log files and they showed up the following errors :
---cupsdAuthorize: No authentication data provided.---
---Get-Printer-Attributes client-error-not-found: The printer or class was not found---
Has anyone any ideas as to why my users can't connect to the server..???
Any thoughts would be much appreciated.
Many Thanks,
James C
