[cups.bugs] [LOW] STR #2620: Samsung ML-2250 very slow

I have a Samsung ML-2250 Printer.  When I purchased it a couple of years
ago I purchased the additional memory.  The printer is advertised as 22
ppm or something along those lines but the performance I'm getting is
about 1 page every 3 minutes.  I didn't time it so it might be closer to 1
every 5 minutes.

The printer is USB.  The machine has USB ports but I don't think the
printer is USB 2.0.  

Any suggestions on what to check?  Is there a way to see if it's using
that additional memory?
