Cupsd for 2 MB flash

Hi,

I have to compile cupsd for 2MB flash and 8MB RAM(OS :LINUX, Processor-ARM). I needed only IPP support in cups.So could any body have idea , whats the minimum option required to compile cups for the above architecture.More precisely to say, what are the binaries and option(during compilation) is required, so that i will be able to fit it within 450 k memory footprint.
