Dean:
If you are a UNIX shop you could script it and run it from cron. We do
something similar except that it brings the queues back up if they go
down by user intervention.

HTH and have a GREAT day!

Subject: [cups.general] CUPS Email Notification

To All:

Is there a way to setup CUPS so that when a print queue goes down,
someone is notified via email using mailx, or rmail?
