cupsd.conf for a print server.

The LAN print server went kaput, so I'm trying to set up another
machine, which was a client, to fill in. However, lpq keeps
returning "Unable to connect to server". Well, it IS the server, or
rather is supposed to be. Could a kind soul look over the following
and advise? Thanks.
