[cups.general] "lpstat -p" always stays on "Print file sent,waiting for printer to finish..."

This is an old issue from 1.1.x and already fixed in 1.2.x.
Basically, the socket backend was the last to send out a message,
but it never adds a subsequent "ready to print" or "job completed"
message.
