Weird driver issue

Ok, here's a perplexing one. I've got 3 HP LJ 1200's in 2 offices. One office prints just fine, the other office with a single LJ on a jetdiect print server prints garbage. I have power cycled the printer and JD and checked my lpadmin statement and it is set at:

lpadmin -p -E t1 -v socket://##.##.##.##:9101 -m /usr/share/cups/model/laserjet.ppd

just as the other two LJ's are. LPStat -a shows it up and running. I have restarted cups too, but no luck.
