paper size selection

Hi there

The problem described in this thread matches exactly what we see here

- Suse 10.2, samba 3.0.23. cups 1.2.7
- can see page sizes on http://localhost:631
- ppd file is djet650.ppd
- cannot select large page sizes on w2k / wxp box like A1 A0 ...
- all printing (apart large formats) else works just fine

I checked the ppd file for entries like described above but, ie: a
# cat djet650.ppd | grep "\.0" | grep *OrderDependency

returns nothing
