Hello,
When HTTP status 426 is received the <HEAD> section has:
     <META HTTP-EQUIV="Refresh"
CONTENT="3;https://server:631/admin?op=config-server">
Under Internet Explorer this does not trigger automatic redirection,
if the <HEAD> instead contained:
     <META HTTP-EQUIV="Refresh"
CONTENT="3;URL=https://server:631/admin?op=config-server">
(note: the difference is that 'URL=' prefixes the new url)
it works under IE and Firefox.

Also, in the WEB interface on other pages that perform redirections, such
as when moving a job, the refresh directive is as the latter form and
hence works on IE.
