The CUPS driver for windows v6.0 can be downloaded as *.rpm, *.tar.bz2 and
*.tar.bz2 package.

Unfortunately the *.rpm package (cups-windows-6.0-1.i386.rpm) does not
contain the necessary file "cups6.ppd":

$ rpm -qlp cups-windows-6.0-1.i386.rpm
/usr/share/cups/drivers
/usr/share/cups/drivers/cups6.inf
/usr/share/cups/drivers/cups6.ini
/usr/share/cups/drivers/cupsps6.dll
/usr/share/cups/drivers/cupsui6.dll
