[cups.bugs] No print of PDF file from AR

I'd go to that site, pick

"Submit Bug or Feature Request" then
"New Users" (I never had an account before)

fill out the little form

Username:
Real Name:
EMail:
EMail Again:
press the "Request Account" button

and nothing ever happens.
(BTW, at the EMail fields I'd fill in my EMail, alupu at verizon.net)

Please help.
