cups-lpd raw printing not possible with 1.2.7

It uses PS for the banner page, but since there is no filter for
the raw file it can't print that file.  This is a side-effect of
running the backend once for all files in a job (the banner page(s)
count as files, too), so we're adding a "raw" filter in CUPS 1.3
to allow for raw printing of files - this will only get used when
needed.

Add "-o job-sheets=none" to the cups-lpd options.
