When sending a pdf file to a CUPS printer, the print job immediately cancels. /var/log/cups/error_log shows:

I [08/Jan/2007:10:42:22 -0500] Job 563 queued on 'hp8000double' by 'root'.
D [08/Jan/2007:10:42:22 -0500] Job 563 hold_until = 0
D [08/Jan/2007:10:42:22 -0500] StartJob(563, 0x9ef42e0)
D [08/Jan/2007:10:42:22 -0500] StartJob() id = 563, file = 0/1
E [08/Jan/2007:10:42:22 -0500] Unable to convert file 0 to printable format for job 563!
I [08/Jan/2007:10:42:22 -0500] Hint: Do you have ESP Ghostscript installed?
D [08/Jan/2007:10:42:22 -0500] CancelJob: id = 563
D [08/Jan/2007:10:42:22 -0500] ProcessIPPRequest: 5 status_code=0
D [08/Jan/2007:10:42:22 -0500] CloseClient: 5

I download/compiled/installed ESP Ghostscript 8.15.3. I restarted CUPS and also rebooted machine yet I still get the same error message when printing the pdf file.

See below for output from other commands.

Thanks.

Tom
