[cups.general] lpr printing problem

Hi,
any ideas for my printing problems? I'm running debian etch 2.6.18-3
with cupsys 1.2.7-2 pkg, all other printing works ok  
(firefox,Kate,test page from cups, etc.) but not from command line lpr  
(e.g. adobe reader uses that).

mopo:/var/log# lpstat -t
scheduler is running
no system default destination

But when i try:
mopo:~# lpr -P HP1600-black_white test.txt
, nothing happens. No printing, nothing in cups/access_log,  
cups/error_log, lpr.log or lp-errs.

I have 'LogLevel debug' /etc/cups/cupsd.conf and it doesn't log  
anything. So command propably not even goes to the cups.
